Power Wall – Shield M, FPWS-04

Shield M – Universal helper for practicing boxing techniques. The size is approximately 32 cm x 63 cm, thickness 15 cm. The head is raised more forward and is suitable for training punches, hooks and uppercuts. The Dummy Shield has targets with numbers which are great for practicing combinations.
